As a Motor Vehicle Claims Handler at Asuransi Bina Dana Arta, you will be part of a dedicated team that handles a high volume of motor vehicle insurance claims. You will use our in-house claims management system, ClaimPro, to track and manage each claim from start to finish. Your role will involve assessing the validity of claims, coordinating with our network of repair shops and surveyors, and ensuring that all claims are processed according to our company’s policies and procedures.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a similar role. You should have a strong understanding of Indonesian insurance regulations and a proven track record of managing claims efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process motor vehicle insurance claims using ClaimPro, our in-house claims management system.
• Assess the validity of claims and ensure compliance with our company’s policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with our network of repair shops and surveyors to ensure timely and accurate claim settlements.
• Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and ensure their satisfaction with the claims process.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure efficient claim management.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian insurance regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide training and support to junior staff members to ensure consistent service quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our claims management processes.
