📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
• Manage the HR lifecycle, from initial hiring to employee retention and development
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals
• Work closely with the management team to ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to thrive in their roles
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and implement them within the organization
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and team development
• Proven experience in managing the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment to employee retention
• Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations, particularly in Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR-related software, such as SAP SuccessFactors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
