📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of brownfield redevelopment projects, ensuring they meet project objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Develop and implement project strategies, including risk management and mitigation plans, to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and regulators, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the energy and infrastructure sector.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork and innovation.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and ensure open communication channels.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in brownfield redevelopment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in brownfield project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certification in Project Management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian regulations and standards in the energy and infrastructure sector.
• Proficient in using project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
