In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of baristas, and ensure that our coffee shops run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for quality control, inventory management, and staff training. With your expertise in coffee and your strong leadership skills, you will help Private Advertiser continue to be the go-to destination for coffee lovers in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and lead a team of baristas, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain consistency in coffee preparation and product quality.
• Manage inventory, including coffee beans, equipment, and supplies, to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team and shop performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a barista or team leader in the coffee industry, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and other specialty coffee tools.
• Experience with inventory management and quality control processes.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and other retail management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
