Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.Manage and develop a team of staff to maintain high standards of customer service.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Monitor and control inventory to optimize costs and ensure food quality.Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety standards.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.Participate in training and development programs for staff.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.🛠️ Keahlian
