📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring adherence to operational standards and protocols.
• Manage and optimize staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain efficient workflows using Dentrix and Practice Management Software.
• Monitor and improve clinic performance metrics, including patient wait times and treatment completion rates.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the healthcare or dental industry.
• Proven experience in managing staff schedules and optimizing operational workflows.
• Strong knowledge of dental practice management software, including Dentrix and Practice Management Software.
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
