In this role, you will be responsible for visiting customers, negotiating payment plans, and following up on outstanding loans. You will use our proprietary collection management system, Home Credit Collection System (HCCS), to track and manage your cases. With your strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers, you will be able to resolve collection cases efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding loans
• Use Home Credit Collection System (HCCS) to track and manage collection cases
• Follow up on outstanding loans and ensure timely payments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate collections
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
• Report on collection activities and provide regular updates to the team
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security regulations
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on collection best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
• Familiarity with collection management systems, such as Home Credit Collection System (HCCS)
• Knowledge of Indonesian banking and financial regulations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in collection management or customer service a plus
