As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and providing technical support to end-users. You will work closely with our team of IT professionals to ensure that our clients' IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide on-site and remote IT support to clients across Bali
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure
- Provide technical support to end-users, including training and guidance
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless operations for our clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Zendesk
- Familiarity with network infrastructure and security best practices
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
