📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL Server.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into data models and reporting solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of reporting solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the value of BI tools and reports.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and reporting.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of reporting solutions to ensure they meet business needs and KPIs.
• Contribute to the development of data governance and quality frameworks to ensure data integrity and consistency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting, with a strong background in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL Server.
• Proven experience in leading BI projects and managing BI teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or other relevant BI tools are a plus.
• Familiarity with data governance and quality frameworks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
