📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting outbound and inbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.,Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns.,Updating and maintaining accurate sales records and reports.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve team goals.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.,Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
