📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring high productivity and a positive work environment.,Develop and implement team training and development programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle team scheduling and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Resolve team conflicts and maintain a harmonious work environment.,Report to management on team performance and project progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership and management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Must be willing to travel for business purposes.
