Oversea Lighting & Electric (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Telco Pole & Structural Design Engineer to join our team in Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful design and implementation of telecommunication infrastructure, including poles and structures, in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and a deep understanding of telecommunication systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop telecommunication poles and structures according to industry standards and regulations.,Conduct structural analysis and ensure compliance with safety and stability requirements.,Collaborate with project teams to integrate telecom infrastructure with existing and new structures.,Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and site engineers.,Review and approve design drawings and technical documents.,Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.,Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor the construction and installation of telecom infrastructure.,Develop and implement best practices for telecom pole and structural design.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom pole and structural design.,Proficiency in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000).,Familiarity with telecommunication standards and regulations in Indonesia.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Experience with project management and coordination is a plus.
