📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance performance.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or similar roles.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel is a plus.
