📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct customer consultations to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.,Drive sales targets by promoting our products effectively and providing excellent customer service.,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure smooth store operations.,Provide training and support to junior staff to enhance their sales and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotional activities and events.,Maintain a clean and organized retail store to create a pleasant shopping environment.,Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.,Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
