📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage the procurement process from request to payment, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.,Participate in budget planning and forecasting activities.,Attend and participate in vendor meetings and negotiations as required.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.🛠️ Keahlian
