📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Support the People Operations team in managing employee records and benefits administration using BambooHR.
• Help organize and facilitate team-building activities and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.
• Assist in the coordination of training and development programs for employees.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Contribute to the development of HR reports and analytics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly BambooHR, is a plus.
