📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the business, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and other departments.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the company's overall business strategy.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure the smooth running of the business.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of operations management principles, practices, and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software is a plus.
