📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.,Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients, in collaboration with the medical team.,Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support for professional development.,Ensure the availability and proper use of medical supplies and equipment.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.,Promote a positive and safe working environment for both staff and patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Certification in advanced nursing practice (e.g., ANP, CRNA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including SOP Kemenkes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in a similar role within the maritime industry is a plus.
