📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring timely repairs.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, and other relevant data.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects and initiatives.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.,Provide support to the fleet manager in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Assist in the training of new drivers and fleet personnel.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations and communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
