📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Managing and mentoring a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Developing and implementing departmental strategies and plans to meet organizational objectives.,Monitoring departmental performance and providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborating with other departments to facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives.,Identifying and addressing any operational or administrative issues that may arise.,Participating in team-building activities and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or management role within a corporate environment.,Strong understanding of departmental operations and a proven track record of success in similar roles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
