PT Lautan Hijau is seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and contributing to the growth of our company. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office in Jimbaran and from home, providing a flexible and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.,Manage and track sales performance and metrics.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand our business reach.,Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles.,Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
