📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records,Handle employee relations and grievances,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Organize and facilitate training and development programs,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with English is a plus
