📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and mission.,Lead and mentor HR staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring a harmonious work environment.,Collaborate with other departments to drive organizational success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior management or director role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and driving organizational change.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
