Quick Zone Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Deputy Store Operator to join our team in Medan. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient service to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.,Support the Store Operator in handling customer transactions and inquiries.,Assist in organizing and maintaining the store's cleanliness and orderliness.,Help in preparing and maintaining promotional displays and merchandise.,Assist in training and mentoring new store staff.,Support in implementing store policies and procedures.,Assist in preparing and maintaining reports on store performance and sales.,Help in coordinating with suppliers and other stakeholders as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and retail management systems.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.,Ability to work during store operating hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
