📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including restocking supplies and organizing receipts
• Keep accurate records of daily transactions and sales
• Assist with inventory management by updating stock levels and reporting any discrepancies
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and meet customer needs
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the showroom

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with basic computer software, such as Microsoft Office or point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 10 kg
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
