📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Manage and mentor store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and report on store performance metrics, such as sales, customer traffic, and employee productivity.
  • Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company policies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.

  • Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
