📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.
• Support the IT team in implementing and managing software and hardware.
• Provide technical support to employees and ensure the availability of IT resources.
• Monitor and report on system performance and security.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Participate in IT projects and tasks as assigned.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
• Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices.
• Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
