📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting department, including staffing, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.,Monitor and control the company's financial performance and budget.,Conduct financial analysis and forecasting.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Prepare and present financial statements and reports to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
