📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing primary and secondary medical care to patients in various departments.,Conducting physical examinations, diagnosing illnesses, and prescribing appropriate treatments.,Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation.,Participating in medical research and continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements in the field.,Assisting in the training and mentoring of junior medical staff.,Participating in hospital committees and quality improvement initiatives.,Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medicine from an accredited institution.,Active medical license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting, depending on the position (Staff Physician or Resident Physician).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Experience in a hospital or healthcare facility setting is preferred.,Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
