📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet quality standards,Identify and document quality issues and defects,Work with production teams to implement corrective actions,Maintain and update quality control records and reports,Conduct audits and reviews of quality control processes,Train and mentor junior QC staff,Collaborate with other departments to improve product quality,Stay updated with industry quality standards and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control,Knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with quality control software and tools,Willingness to travel for business purposes
