📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on Xiaomi products and services.
  • Assist customers in choosing the right products and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the technology industry.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in product launches, promotions, and other marketing activities.
  • Conduct regular customer feedback and product reviews to improve our offerings.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Xiaomi products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
