As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial records. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the payroll process, including calculating and distributing employee salaries and benefits.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies and policies.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team on financial matters.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure the security of financial data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
