📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes.,Oversee the payroll and benefits administration.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial markets and regulations is a plus.
