This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact civil, architectural, and MEPF projects in some of the most beautiful and dynamic locations in Indonesia, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

As a BIM Modeler at Megawide, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings, structures, and infrastructure using industry-leading software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Your work will be integral to the design and construction process, ensuring that all project stakeholders have access to the latest and most comprehensive information.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed 3D models of buildings, structures, and infrastructure using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure that BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts between different building systems and components.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models to support the design and construction process.
• Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings to ensure that BIM models are consistent and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of your work.
• Provide technical support and training to junior BIM Modelers and other project team members as needed.
• Contribute to the development of BIM standards and guidelines for Megawide projects in Bali.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and guidelines, such as BIM Level 2 and BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards relevant to civil, architectural, and MEPF projects in Bali.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
